Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Prepma account and associated personal data at any time. This applies to accounts created with email/password, Google login, Facebook login, or any other supported sign-in method.

Option 1: Delete your account from Prepma

  1. 1. Sign in to your Prepma account at prepma.ai/login.
  2. 2. Open your account settings.
  3. 3. Choose the delete account option.
  4. 4. Type DELETE when prompted, then confirm deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your Prepma account.

Please use the subject line Data deletion request and include your registered email address. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before deleting the data.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile, including name, email, and login association.
  • Study materials, flashcard sets, tests, notes, and progress linked to your account.
  • Account activity and preferences that are associated with your user profile.

Processing time

In-app deletion begins immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days after we verify account ownership. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
